Meet Rikki Krochak

Rikki is a Physiotherapist at Heritage Park Physical Therapy. After completing her Bachelor of Science Co-op degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, she pursued her Masters of Physical Therapy degree at Western University. Having grown up in a small town, Rikki quickly grew to love the small communities that surrounded the Kitchener-Waterloo area and knew she wanted to return to provide them with high-quality physiotherapy care. Rikki strongly believes in the importance of client-centred care and empowerment. Her treatment approach is evidence-based and includes a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, individualized exercises, and education.

Individualized Treatment Plans

She works with her clients to set goals that are meaningful to them, and individualizes a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs and lifestyle. For her it is about working as a team to provide her clients with the right tools to give them control over their own health, and get them back to doing what they love.

Rikki is passionate about furthering her education and is looking forward to expanding her clinical skills in manual therapy. She also has a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health, where she hopes to specialize in the future.

Outside the Office

Rikki is excited to join the Heritage Park Physical Therapy Team! Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being active outdoors hiking and kayaking, and trying new recipes. Rikki is looking forward to helping you meet your goals!
